At Abelia Inc., our Nursing Services provide compassionate, high-quality medical care tailored to each individual’s needs. Our licensed nurses monitor health and coordinate care to ensure safety, wellness, and dignity.
We work closely with families and healthcare providers to promote independence and enhance quality of life through trusted, person centered care.
Our Personal support program is designed to promote choice, independence, and meaningful community engagement. Through supportive, respectful relationships, our trained staff empower individuals to develop self direction, practice self advocacy, and become active, valued members of their communities.
Support is delivered in a way that aligns with each person’s daily routine and personal goals, whether at home or within their chosen community setting. We believe that with the right support, every individual can reach their highest level of independence.

CDS focuses on helping participants develop essential life and social skills through active engagement in community based experiences. This includes support in areas such as:

At Abelia Inc , we offer personalized Transportation Services to help individuals access the community safely and comfortably, all in alignment with their Person-Centered Plan.
Our experienced, licensed staff provide reliable transportation to medical appointments, social outings, and community events, ensuring each ride supports the unique goals and needs of the people we serve.
With clean, modern, and fully insured vehicles, we prioritize safety,comfort, and dependability. We're committed to helping individuals stay connected and involved in their communities through trusted, person focused transportation.
Caring for a loved one is a meaningful commitment, but even the most dedicated caregivers need time to rest and recharge. At Abelia Inc., our Respite Care Services offer temporary support, giving caregivers a well deserved break while ensuring their loved ones continue to receive high quality care.
We provide a safe, structured, and professionally managed environment for short-term care, tailored to meet each individual's needs. Whether it’s for a few hours or several days, families can feel confident their loved one is in capable, caring hands

Our employment program, is designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities in preparing for, finding, and maintaining meaningful, competitive employment.
Guided by each person’s Person-Centered Plan, we offer individualized support at every stage of the employment journey, including:
